Abstract accepted for the XXX AIP conference!

This year, we will participate with two contributions at the “XXX Congresso dell’Associazione Italiana di Psicologia – Sezione Sperimentale” (Italian Association of Psychology – Experimental) to be hosted in Noto (at the C.U.M.O. Consorzio Universitario Mediterraneo Orientale), Sicily, Italy, on September 23rd.

In the first research work titled “Long Range Contributions to Temporal Inversion Judgements,” together with Maria Cuomo, Martina Maresca, and Alessio Fracasso, I will present new data showing how temporal inversion of visual stimuli can be achieved via masking procedures, even when the masking stimuli are far from the perceptual probes.

In the second work titled “The Influence of Spatial Frequencies, Orientation, and Familiarity on the Integration of Face Stimuli,” Maria Cuomo – our latest graduate student, will present new data on how integration processes during face recognition can be modulated by spatial frequency, familiarity, and gender of the stimuli. This intriguing research was conducted with the assistance of Dr. Giovanni Federico and Prof. Alessio Fracasso.

We look forward to meeting you in Noto for a great scientific conversation about our latest findings and the other amazing work that will be presented at the conference!
